OCM Training Lead

Tasks

• Lead OCM strategy, stakeholder engagement, and change communications.
• Develop and deliver end-to-end training programs, job aids, and learning materials.
• Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions and facilitate workshops.
• Partner with Genesys implementation teams to drive business readiness and user adoption.
• Support go-live readiness, deployment, and hypercare activities.
• Manage offshore OCM resources and provide executive-level progress reporting.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM).
• Expertise in training strategy, instructional design, and delivery.
• Experience with contact center transformation projects.
• Knowledge of Genesys Cloud CX is highly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Prosci / ADKAR certification is a plus.
• Miami local candidates preferred.
