At ECF. SA, a dynamic company located in Bogotá, we are looking for an Office and Human Resources Assistant to join our growing team. This is a part-time position where you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations. Key Responsibilities: Organize and maintain files and documents related to human resources and office management. Assist in coordinating recruitment and selection processes for new staff. Provide support in payroll management and employee benefits administration. Collaborate in planning and executing training sessions and wellness activities. Perform general administrative tasks, including handling correspondence and phone inquiries. Support the implementation of internal policies and procedures related to human resources. Interact with other departments to ensure smooth communication on administrative matters. What We're Looking For: Required: Minimum education: High School Diploma. Exceptional organizational skills. Familiarity with office tools such as Microsoft Office. Preferred: Knowledge of human resources processes is preferred.
