• Office Engineer: Requires NICET III certification, a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and four years of experience, or a master’s degree in civil engineering and two years of experience. Relevant experience should include new and rehabilitated bridges, highways, paving, and appurtenances. Responsibilities include maintaining daily construction reports and contractor estimates in NYSDOT SiteManager or NYSTA CEES. Strong analytical and organizational skills are required.
• Chief Construction Inspector: Requires NICET IV certification or a master’s degree in civil engineering and four years of construction inspection experience.
• Construction Inspector, Level III: Requires NICET III certification or a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and five years of construction inspection experience.

• Team Leader: Requires an active New York State Professional Engineer (PE) license and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering. Must be able to work at heights using ladders, scaffolding, aerial lifts, or other bridge inspection equipment; climb hilly terrain; enter confined spaces (training provided); and work in adverse weather as needed.
