On-SITE Bilingual Patient Care Assistant

Responsibilities:Receive and make calls to English-speaking people.Interact with different platforms and databases.Manage requirements of patients and health personnel.Other assignments related to the position.
Requirements:Advanced English level.Residing in Santo Domingo (essential).Orientation to service and detail of processes.Punctuality and compliance with rules.Comply with a daytime, full-time and on-site workday from Monday to Saturday (to be defined by turns).
Essential knowledge and skills:Ability to converse fluently in English.Agility in the use of technological platforms.Easy to manage in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills, empathy, and service to people of different ages and socioeconomic strata.
