On-SITE Customer Support Representative Medical Office Support

We’re looking for a Patient Care Representative who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others. In this role, you will be a key point of contact for patients, helping create a positive and seamless experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a genuine commitment to patient care.
Key Responsibilities:Schedule patient appointments promptly and efficiently.Oversee appointment distribution to maintain balanced schedules and ensure clinic limits are respected.Respond to patient inquiries with professionalism, providing clear and accurate information about clinic services and procedures.Verify and update patient information to ensure accuracy within the clinic system.Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude toward patients and team members.
Qualifications and Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in ENGLISH (B2 level or higher required).Proficient in computer applications.High school diploma or equivalent education required.Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
