Onboarding Recruitment Specialists

We are looking for reliable, organized, and people-oriented Onboarding & Recruitment Specialists to join our team! Schedule: Full-time, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM PST. Responsibilities include recruiting and screening candidates, conducting applicant interviews, handling onboarding and orientation, assisting candidates throughout the onboarding process, providing support on inbound calls, maintaining applicant records, and communicating professionally with applicants, caregivers, and team members. Requirements include experience in recruitment, onboarding, or staffing, comfort conducting interviews and orientations, excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently, handle inbound calls, and full-time availability. Knowledge or experience in healthcare, home care, or caregiving is a plus.
