Online Assistant Worker – Part-Time in Austin, TX

Angle organization is hiring a part-time Online Assistant Worker in Austin, Texas. In this customer support role, you will communicate with customers online, help resolve inquiries, and support daily administrative operations. This is an in-person position; remote work is not available.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers through online channels and provide helpful, professional service.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
• Assist team members with administrative tasks as needed.
• Collect and document customer feedback to help improve services.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate customer interactions.
• Conduct online research to support problem-solving.
• Participate in team meetings and share ideas to improve online service offerings.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• No formal education is required.
• Familiarity with customer service software and online communication tools is preferred.
• At least one year of customer service or support experience is preferred.
