ONLINE SALES CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a motivated, friendly and customer-focused person who loves talking to people, building relationships and closing deals online. You’ll be key part of helping our customers find the perfect furniture and increase our online sales.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Communicate with customers via WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and other online platforms.
• Respond to inquiries quickly and provide excellent customer service.
• Sell a variety of furniture products and build long-lasting relationships.
• Follow up with customers and build lasting relationships.
• Help increase our online sales through friendly and proactive communication.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Excellent communication and sales skills.
• Patient personality and customer-oriented.
• Dynamic, motivated and positive attitude.
• Comfortable using social media and a computer.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Able to work full-time.
• Availability for 44-hours/week.
