Online Sales/Chat Agent - Remote - United States

Hex company is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Online Sales/Chat Agent to join our team remotely within the United States. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service through online chat interactions, driving sales, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via chat to assist with inquiries and support sales efforts.
• Provide prompt and effective customer service by addressing questions and concerns.
• Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues and ensure positive customer experiences.
• Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve service quality.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and enhance sales strategies.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information.
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to handle diverse customer situations.
• Proficiency with online chat tools and software.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

This position reports to the Sales Team Manager and involves close collaboration with sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. As part of our team, you will directly contribute to customer success and sales growth by leveraging your communication and service skills.

Compensation: $35 per hour
