Position Overview
Kelly-Services is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Online Staffing & Development Assistant to support our HR operations. This role is perfect for candidates passionate about people, processes, and enhancing the employee experience in a flexible, remote-friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed job descriptions and onboarding materials for new and existing staff
- Provide onboarding training and support to new hires
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records across departments
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support organizational goals
- Conduct research, analyze data, and produce reports on staffing and development metrics and trends
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job promotion, salary briefing, and benefits explanation
- Support telemarketing, staffing coordination, and talent acquisition as needed
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in HR administration, talent acquisition, or recruitment preferred but not required
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
