Gold Catering Services is a leading provider of additional operational personnel to hotels, clubs, and restaurants in Bogotá, Colombia. With over 10 years of experience and partnerships with more than 20 hotels, we are expanding our team. We are hiring operational staff for roles such as waiters, kitchen assistants, room attendants, and public area staff to ensure exceptional hospitality service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Waiters: Assist with meal service and ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
• Kitchen Assistants: Support food preparation and basic cooking tasks.
• Room Attendants: Maintain cleanliness and organization in guest rooms and public areas.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver timely and effective service.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines and best practices in all duties.
• Communicate effectively with guests to address inquiries or concerns.
• Manage time efficiently to complete tasks promptly.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven customer service skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic cooking skills and knowledge of food safety standards.
• Previous hospitality or food service experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing environments.
