Operations Associate (Inventory & Fulfillment)

Tasks

• Receive, inspect, record, and organize incoming inventory.
• Conduct stock counts and monitor inventory accuracy and product condition.
• Prepare orders, shipping labels, and relevant shipping documents.
• Coordinate with courier services and logistics partners.
• Maintain accurate inventory data in the JST system.
• Support fulfillment and related operational tasks when needed.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse administration, fulfillment, shipping, or logistics coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse systems and MS Office.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience with international shipping documentation or JST is an advantage.

• Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
