About the role
At The Harbour Group, a family-owned restaurant group established in Miami in 2006
Tasks
- Managing inventory, receiving, ordering & logistics across 3 locations
- Coordinating suppliers, warehouse and restaurant operations
- Improving processes and implementing new inventory management software
- Driving operational efficiency and cost optimization
Requirements
- A hands-on, organized and proactive person with a background in Supply Chain, Logistics or Operations, fluent in English and ready to work in a fast-paced food & hospitality environment.
