Join our dynamic team as an Operations Engineer in the heart of Jersey City, New Jersey. In this full-time role, you will have a direct impact on optimizing operational processes, enhancing efficiency, and contributing to the overall success of our organization. Key Responsibilities Troubleshooting Day-to-day IT-Operation related work & providing IT Support to end users. Addressing user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions Walking customers through installing applications and computer peripherals. Perform Remote Troubleshooting Use alternative Troubleshooting steps until the issue is resolved. Technically sound in logically troubleshooting & asking relevant questions to Diagnose & break down the complexity of the issue & narrow down to what exactly is causing the issue. Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel. Follow up with end-users to ensure their issue is resolved. Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or similar role Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills Required and Preferred Qualifications IT Service Desk / Helpdesk / Technical Support, Voice Support, Excellent Communication Skills (Mandatory) Experience: 0-2Yr Industry Type: IT Service Desk, IT software, Software Services Role: Engineer – Operations Education: UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization Location: New Jersey Our team is structured to promote collaboration and efficiency, consisting of engineers, project managers, and support staff all working together towards common goals.
