This full-time role offers the opportunity to optimize IT operational processes, enhance system efficiency, and provide critical technical support to end users. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot daily IT operations and provide comprehensive IT support to end users. Resolve user tickets related to hardware, software, and networking issues. Guide users with clear, step-by-step instructions for technical problems. Assist customers with installing applications and computer peripherals. Perform remote troubleshooting to diagnose and fix issues efficiently. Apply alternative troubleshooting methods until issues are resolved. Analyze and logically diagnose problems by asking relevant questions to pinpoint root causes. Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams. Follow up with end-users to confirm issue resolution and satisfaction. Leverage hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, and Mac OS environments. Maintain working knowledge of office automation tools and peripherals such as printers and scanners. Apply knowledge of network security practices and antivirus programs. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Required and Preferred Qualifications Experience in IT Service Desk, Helpdesk, Technical Support, or Voice Support roles with excellent communication skills (mandatory). 0-2 years of relevant experience. Educational background: Any graduate degree in any specialization. Industry exposure: IT Service Desk, IT software, or Software Services. Role: Engineer – Operations.
