Remote Operations Lead – Real Estate & RWA Platform | Georgia

Giorgi Khazhomia is hiring a remote Operations Lead in Georgia to help build and scale operations for an innovative platform at the intersection of real estate, blockchain, digital assets, and financial technology.

The platform focuses on Real-World Assets (RWA) and fractional real estate, making it easier for investors to discover and participate in real estate opportunities. The Operations Lead will build and manage processes supporting the platform, investors, real estate partners, and ongoing property activities.

This full-time, remote role is suited to an operations professional with strong organizational and execution skills and a solid understanding of blockchain, Web3, digital assets, and emerging financial markets. Candidates should have 10+ years of overall professional experience, including at least 3 years of professional experience in blockchain, Web3, digital assets, tokenization, RWA, or related markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage operations for investor onboarding, property offerings, transactions, distributions, transfers, and property exits.
• Coordinate day-to-day work across investors, real estate partners, internal teams, and external service providers.
• Manage investor and property-partner workflows, ensuring operational requirements are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Establish processes for property onboarding, documentation, investor verification, wallet connections, investment transactions, and ongoing asset management.
• Monitor operational performance, identify process gaps, and implement improvements to strengthen efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
• Work closely with relevant teams and partners to support platform operations and property activities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall professional experience.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in blockchain, Web3, digital assets, tokenization, RWA, or related markets.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and execution skills.
• Understanding of real estate operations and emerging financial technology is valuable.
• Ability to work across investors, partners, internal teams, and service providers.
