Operations Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and manage all business operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and SOPs
- Lead, coach, and manage operations team(s)
- Set operational KPIs and performance metrics
- Monitor operational performance and prepare regular reports
- Identify process improvements and operational risks
- Ensure timely and accurate handling of travel-related transactions
- Coordinate with Sales, Product Development, Finance, Marketing, IT, and other departments
- Monitor customer concerns and ensure timely resolution
- Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards
- Manage manpower allocation, schedules, and operational resources
- Support management in implementing new systems and initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, Management, Operations Management, or related field
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role
- Travel and tourism industry experience is highly recommended
- Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills
- Experience in process improvement and performance monitoring
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and business management or CRM systems
