About the role

Join a growing parenting education company and help build efficient systems and operations.

Work hours: 9:30 AM–6:30 PM IST. Joining ASAP.

Responsibilities

Build and manage Zoho Bigin CRM.
Design workflows, automations, and integrations.
Manage daily task sequencing and team coordination.
Handle customer service and support.
Track refunds, payments, and renewals.
Ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Requirements

Experience setting up and managing a CRM.
Strong workflow and automation skills.
Experience with Zoho Bigin, HubSpot, PipedB, or HubSpot.
Strong spreadsheet and data-handling skills.
Understanding of integrations and APIs.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
