Job description
Tasks
- help build and hold the operational infrastructure behind our team, programs, and community.
- support daily operations, strengthen our organizational systems, and coordinate the events, technology, and shared spaces that allow our programs and community to thrive.
- Organizational systems, calendars, and workflows that help the team stay aligned
- Welcoming, accessible spaces and gatherings rooted in hospitality
- Event operations and production, including our annual Rooted fundraiser
- Technology, office, and shared resources
- Cross-team coordination to keep priorities moving forward
Schedule
- 20-32 hrs/week
- Hybrid, minimum 2 days/week in office
