Operations Manager Crew Leader

Hands-on leader to run our pipe and fence operations and lead our crew to success.

THE ROLE
You’ll be in the field, not behind a desk.
Manage daily operations, lead crews, keep props moving, and deliver quality results.

Lead People
Train, develop, and hold crews and others accountable.

Manage Operations
Coordinate schedules, materials, deliveries, and job flow.

Hands-on Work
Operate equipment, haul trailers, set pipe & fence, and manage field projects.

Stay Organized
Manage resources, inventory, yard, and daily operations.

Safety & Quality
Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• Proven leadership or crew management experience in pipe, fence, construction, oilfield, or equipment operations
• Hands-on, self-motivated, and able to work alongside the team
• Strong communicator and problem solver
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Able to haul trailers and operate equipment
• Must pass drug test & background check
• Midland-area residents only
• Able to lift 100 lbs and work in all weather
