Required and Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the energy sector. Proficiency in project management software and tools commonly used in energy projects.
