About the role

Onterris is seeking an Operations Manager to manage day-to-day operations for the environmental technical service lines and personnel at its Orlando, Florida office.

The office’s current technical service areas include site assessment and remediation, compliance and engineering, and natural resource management. The Operations Manager reports to the Regional Vice President.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the environmental technical service lines and personnel.
• Produce quality deliverables and work product in accordance with applicable standards and the industry standard of care.
• Maintain the Orlando Office P&L and ensure each service line consistently produces profitable work in a safe, organized, cost-effective manner.
• Support and advocate for corporate policies, procedures, objectives, and company values.
• Attend leadership and department meetings to provide operational updates.
