Operations Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and manage our BPO Sales team. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales performance, develop and ensure operational excellence aligned with our business goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage day-to-day operations of the BPO Sales team
• Drive and achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Implement and improve processes, SOPs, and quality standards
• Coach, mentor, and develop team leaders and agents
• Monitor performance, attendance, and productivity
• Collaborate with HR and management on manpower planning and internal
communication
• Provide regular reports and strategic recommendations to the CEO/management

QUALIFICATIONS
At least 5 years of experience in a BPO environment with a strong background in Sales (Cold Calling)
Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role
Strong people management and coaching skills
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Results-driven with a focus on performance and team development
Knowledge of BPO tools, CRM systems, and reporting
Can work onsite in Makati (hybrid setup may be considered based on performance)
