Job description
About the role
This position is responsible for supporting trade settlements and operational activities within the banking environment.
Tasks
- Trade Settlements
- Share Movements
- Internal Bookkeeping & Reconciliation
- Operational Reporting
- Communication with Brokers & Traders
- Processing Operational Transactions
- Supporting Segregation, Trade Input & Settlements Activities
Requirements
- 2+ years of Administrative or Operations experience
- Recent banking industry experience
- Knowledge of CDS / DTC Depositories
- Understanding of Trade Lifecycle & Settlements
- Strong Written & Verbal Communication Skills
- Intermediate Excel Skills (VLOOKUPs required)
Schedule
- Hybrid
- First 90 days: 5 days/week onsite
- Thereafter: 4 days/week onsite
- Contract Duration - 6 Months (Extension & Conversion Potential)
