Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive eye examinations and diagnose ophthalmological conditions.
- Conduct cataract, glaucoma, and other ocular surgeries.
- Manage preoperative and postoperative care for surgical patients.
- Educate patients about ocular health and eye disease management.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare providers to support comprehensive care.
- Document patient encounters and treatment plans accurately in electronic health records.
- Participate in on-call duties as needed and provide consultation for urgent ophthalmic conditions.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- MD or DO degree required.
- At least 3 years of clinical ophthalmology experience.
