Job description
Candid8 - Engineering & IT Solutions is seeking a highly-skilled and experienced Oracle Cloud Projects (PPM) Functional Consultant for a contract role based in Los Angeles, CA. Join our dynamic IT consulting team and contribute to optimizing project costing and management for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and gather requirements to customize Oracle Cloud Projects (PPM) solutions tailored to client needs.
- Provide expert functional guidance on project costing to ensure accurate and effective costing methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure and enhance Oracle PPM modules for improved user experience.
- Lead training sessions and workshops to empower users and stakeholders on Oracle Cloud functionalities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues related to Oracle Cloud Projects for seamless system performance.
- Develop and maintain documentation including functional specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
- Support testing and quality assurance activities to validate project configurations and system enhancements.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven expertise in project costing within Oracle Cloud Projects (PPM).
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture, configuration, and industry best practices.
- Relevant Oracle Cloud or project management certifications are a plus.
- Experience with project management software such as Oracle PPM or equivalent platforms.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud functional consulting or similar roles.
This is a contract position based in Los Angeles, CA. Competitive pay of $70 per hour is offered. Remote work is not eligible for this role.
