Oracle Cloud SaaS Project Manager/Oracle Engagement Manager

Tasks

• Lead and manage Oracle Cloud transformation programs to address business requirements and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Develop detailed project plans, effort estimates, resource allocation strategies, and progress tracking mechanisms for development activities.
• Oversee onshore and offshore development teams, ensuring adherence to development best practices, project timelines, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with functional leads to validate technical solutions and ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Drive business process optimization and organizational change through stakeholder collaboration, negotiation, and consensus-building.
• Manage client expectations, maintain stakeholder relationships, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering Oracle Cloud projects exceeding $5 million as a Project Manager, managing multiple project tracks.
• Oracle Engagement Manager (EM) Certification – Level 1 or hig
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and Oracle Cloud transformation experience.
• Willingness to Travel Weekly as Needed
• Open to All Visa Types
