Job description
About the role
Support Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation and transformation initiatives.
Tasks
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion solutions.
- Lead workshops with Finance, Procurement, SCM, HCM, and other business teams.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Coordinate functional, technical, integration, data migration, and testing teams.
- Drive fit-gap analysis, solution design, SIT/UAT, cutover, go-live, and stabilization.
- Track project milestones, issues, decisions, and stakeholder communications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and implementation partners to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Strong Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation experience.
- Experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager on Oracle Fusion programs.
- Understanding of ERP business processes, integrations, testing, and data migration.
- Excellent communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
