  • Support HR implementations, functional configurations, business process improvements, and production support

Requirements

  • Experienced Oracle HR Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud / Oracle Fusion HCM, particularly Oracle Core HR
  • Independent consultants only
  • Preferred: Absence Management, Benefits, Compensation, or Recruiting
  • Preferred: OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL/HSDL, and HCM data loads
  • Preferred: Oracle HCM security and approval workflows
  • Preferred: Oracle HCM Cloud certification
