🎯 Are you an Oracle Learning Cloud expert ready to lead enterprise learning transformation?
We’re looking for an experienced Oracle Learning Management Cloud (OLC) Functional Lead to drive end-to-end solution design, implementation, and delivery while enabling learning transformation, compliance training, and certification management.
💡 KEY REQUIREMENTS
✅ 8–15 years of Oracle HCM / HR Technology experience
✅ 10+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant / Lead roles
✅ Minimum 3 Oracle Learning Cloud implementations
✅ Strong experience in global implementations and full lifecycle delivery
✅ Expertise in Learning & Development, compliance training, and certifications
✅ Proven client-facing consulting and leadership experience
🏥 Healthcare sector implementation experience is preferred!

✔️ Drive integrations, reporting, testing, and deployment
✔️ Provide functional leadership, client advisory, and delivery governance
