Rajnish Kumar is hiring a full-time Oracle NetSuite SCM / WM Functional Lead in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Lead the configuration, customization, and integration of NetSuite solutions that support supply chain and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Oracle NetSuite to meet business requirements.
• Implement and manage supply chain management (SCM) and warehouse management (WM) processes in NetSuite.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot NetSuite SCM and WM functionality.
• Deliver user training to improve system adoption and engagement.
• Integrate NetSuite with other systems to streamline operations.
• Analyze and report performance metrics to support continuous improvement.
• Report to key stakeholders and coordinate with technical and functional teams.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Extensive experience configuring, customizing, and integrating NetSuite.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and warehouse management principles.
• Experience with NetSuite SCM and WM modules.
• Knowledge of relevant software tools and technologies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
