OSHC Occupational Safety and Health Coordinator

• Monitor and ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and site safety procedures
• Conduct site safety inspections, risk assessments and hazard identification
• Prepare safety documentation, reports and maintain records
• Conduct safety induction and toolbox briefings
• Monitor PPE usage and promote a safe working environment
• Liaise with authorities, clients and subcontractors on safety matters
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Requirements
• Diploma / Degree in Construction, Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science or related field
• Preferably with relevant construction site experience
• At least 2–3 years’ work experience in OSH, preferably in the construction industry
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and other relevant safety legislation.
• Able to work independently, with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: RM 3,000 – RM 4,000 (Based on experience)
Working Hours: Monday – Saturday | 8.00am – 5.00pm
Sunday – To be present if required
Overtime – If required
