OTR Specialist - Second Shift

As a OTR Specialist, you will:
Analyze the market and negotiate with carriers.Choose the right transportation mode and provide accurate quotes.Stay updated on industry conditions and DOT regulations.Advise customers and address their requests effectively.Verify and negotiate carriers to ensure compliance and competitive rates.Coordinate with tracking to monitor loads and update customers.

To be successful in this role, you should:
Have at least 6 months of experience in logistics, freight brokerage, carrier sourcing, carrier sales, transportation operations, or related roles.Demonstrate advanced English communication skills (B2 minimum).Possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Have basic to intermediate Excel skills.
