Out-Reach Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY:
Achieve monthly financial targets and increase hospital’s revenues for all the diagnostic facilities including Laboratory, Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, Electrophysiology, Lithotripsy, Endoscopy, Cath lab etc. OR for any specific department/service as per the direction of management.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To facilitate the clients/patients in all regards to have long-term and everlasting relationship with Dr. Ziauddin hospital.
• To be effective hospital services marketing through various marketing tools.
• Follow up payment from clients in timely, weekly and monthly basis.
• To make arrangements to increase more hospital revenue for all the diagnostic facilities including Laboratory, Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, Electrophysiology, Lithotripsy, Endoscopy, Cath lab etc.
• To close liaison with the patients, doctors, administration, concerned personnel of the hospitals/medical centers/marketing of the hospital.
• To frequently visit personally to the doctors/consultants in the designated territory.
• To strengthen professional relationships with the management of other healthcare organizations.

KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCIES:
• Permanent license of motorbikes
• Good knowledge of all the roles of the entire city
• General knowledge about the diagnostic services
• English/Urdu reading and writing skills

REQUIREMENTS:
• Academic Qualifications: Graduate / Preferably MBA Marketing
• Professional Qualifications: Certification in relevant field
• Working Experience: 3 years of related experience.
