Outbound Logistics Coordinator & Analyst📍 Cochabamba, Bolivia | On-site | OA Foods LLC💰 Salary: Bs 6,000–8,000 About OA FoodsOA Foods is a food wholesaler and distributor bringing organic superfoods and European gourmet brands to major U.S. retailers. As we scale our retail and e-commerce channels, we're looking for a detail-driven, tech-savvy logistics professional to own our outbound operations.The RoleAs our Outbound Logistics Coordinator & Analyst, you'll manage the full outbound flow of goods to our retail and e-commerce partners — ensuring orders ship accurately, on time, and in full compliance with each retailer's requirements. This is a hybrid logistics + systems role: as much about clean data and connected software as it is about moving product.What You'll Do• Coordinate and track outbound shipments to our retail and e-commerce partners• Own inventory planning and demand forecasting — anticipating replenishment needs, preventing stockouts, and optimizing stock levels across channels• Identify ways to optimize logistics flows and reduce operational costs — streamlining processes, improving routing and fulfillment efficiency, and finding savings across the outbound supply chain• Manage our logistics platform Logitrack, including connecting and maintaining API integrations across multiple data sources• Process and troubleshoot EDI orders end to end• Oversee inventory and fulfillment across our sales channels• Build and maintain reporting in Excel — pivot tables, advanced formulas, and dashboards to keep operations transparent and decisions data-driven• Report directly to the Operations Manager and COO, delivering regular updates on performance, inventory, and outbound operations• Partner with warehouse teams and carriers to resolve issues quicklyWhat You Bring• Fluent English (spoken and written) is required — you'll work daily with U.S. retailers, systems, and leadership• Experience in outbound logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain coordination• Working knowledge of coding / systems, comfortable managing software and connecting APIs across sources• Advanced Excel skills — pivot tables and full functionality are a must• Hands-on familiarity with EDI order systems• Strong organization, problem-solving, and communication skills• Bonus: experience in food, CPG, or retail distributionWhy OA FoodsJoin a fast-growing, entrepreneurial team where your work directly shapes how we serve some of the largest retailers in the U.S. You'll have real ownership, room to build, and the chance to grow with the company.📩 Interested?
