What You’ll Do:Present our industry-leading home improvement products with professionalism and integrityActively listen to customer needs and recommend tailored solutionsBuild relationships that lead to sales and repeat businessDeliver an exceptional experience from first meeting to post-sale follow-up

Role Expectations:No cold calling - we provide pre-set, high-quality appointmentsTravel to customer homes (may require driving up to 80+ miles one way)Deliver engaging presentations, provide written estimates, and complete documentationMaintain accurate CRM records and guide customers through financing and next stepsFlexibility for evening and weekend appointments to match homeowner availability
Basic QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent1+ years of customer-facing sales experienceValid driver’s license and auto insurance
Preferred Skills & Experience:1+ years in outside, commissioned, or in-home salesComfortable using iPad-based applicationsCompetitive, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressureProven ability to exceed performance targets
