Outsourcing Manager

ZTE Lanka (Pvt) Ltd is a subsidiary of ZTE Corporation: one of the leading telecommunication equipment manufacturers in China which is in the operation for more than 18 years in Sri Lanka. A variety of Products & Solutions with unique, fast technology application are produced by the company on almost all the telecome operators in Sri Lanka today. ZTE Lanka looking for mature, energetic, result oriented individuals with high team spirit to join its Project Team as Outsourcing Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the national outsourcing strategy and ensure that the outsourcing strategy be proceeded in projects.
- Seeking local contractors and is responsible for the prequalification
- Involve in outsourcing certification, procurement, execution in project.
- Responsible for organizing the subcontractor performance evaluation, and resource management.
- Be responsible for coordinating with the projects, finance and other related business department.
- Daily communication, problem solving and maintaining relationship with the subcontractors.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree preferably in Telecommunication, Business Management or equivalent from a recognized University.
- More than 3 years experience in Outsourcing.
- Be honesty and self-discipline, has the high sense of responsibility
- Good team player with excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Be familiar with the project management.
- Requires proactive interpersonal skills - Innovative and Active.
- Good self-study competence, rapid new knowledge understanding and mastery.
- Must be a self-starter & have excellent time management skill with the ability to balance priorities and work well under schedule pressures.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to details and technicalities.
- Excellent organizational and technical skills.
- Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
