Job description

Lead end-to-end packaging projects for Vehicle and Energy platforms
Collaborate with Design, Manufacturing, NPI, Operations, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams
Develop protective packaging containers, dunnage, and shipping racks for domestic and international transportation
Optimize packaging for part quality, manufacturability, and efficient delivery
Monitor KPIs and improve packaging standards
Drive returnable packaging and sustainability initiatives
Manage project budgets, risks, and engineering changes

Engineered Packaging Design & Development
CAD Tools & Technical Drawings
GD&T, Datum Structure & Tolerance Stack-Up Analysis
Protective Packaging, Dunnage & Shipping Rack Design
Manufacturing Processes: Machining, Welding & Injection Molding
Materials Knowledge: Aluminum, Steel, Composites & Foam
Packaging Testing & Validation
ASTM / MIL-SPEC Standards
Project Management, Risk Assessment & Vendor Management
Packaging Sustainability & Continuous Improvement
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Packaging, or Industrial Design-or equivalent experience
Strong understanding of packaging validation and manufacturing methods
Willingness to travel up to 30%
