Position Overview:We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Creative Project Manager to support the execution and coordination of creative initiatives within a fast-paced consumer packaged goods (CPG) environment. This role is responsible for bringing structure, visibility, and operational excellence to the creative process, ensuring projects move efficiently from initial brief through final delivery.
The ideal candidate has experience working directly with creative teams, managing multiple concurrent projects, and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, brand, product, operations, and external partners. This role requires strong project management capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment where priorities evolve quickly.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:Support and manage end-to-end workflows for creative projects, from intake and briefing through final delivery and release.Establish, communicate, and maintain project timelines, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and potential bottlenecks.Manage and optimize project management platforms such as Monday.com, ensuring visibility across all creative workstreams.Facilitate recurring creative team meetings, including daily check-ins, weekly standups, and project reviews.Coordinate creative sprint workflows, including task assignments, meeting scheduling, progress tracking, and feedback management.Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming creative requests, prioritizing projects based on business objectives and team capacity.Support website launches and marketing asset deployment, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.Conduct final quality reviews and digital asset checks before launch.Lead packaging graphics projects from project initiation through final mechanical release.Coordinate briefing documents, collect inputs from cross-functional teams, and manage approval workflows.Oversee revision cycles and ensure packaging files comply with technical specifications and production requirements.Collaborate with product, R&D, and operations teams to anticipate packaging needs and align creative timelines accordingly.Coordinate with print vendors, production partners, and external suppliers as needed.Manage product sample requests and ensure materials are available to support content creation and production schedules.Track packaging updates, redesigns, and graphic changes, integrating them into the broader creative workflow.Partner with Marketing Operations and Brand teams to standardize creative briefs and improve workflow visibility.Monitor project performance and resource utilization to identify opportunities for efficiency and optimization.Recommend and implement workflow enhancements, automation opportunities, and new tools that improve creative team productivity.Support quality control efforts by ensuring creative feedback has been addressed and deliverables meet established brand standards.Manage photoshoot and content production workflows, ensuring assets progress smoothly from planning through post-production.Support production activities and assist with photoshoots when required.Coordinate creative resource allocation across designers, copywriters, art directors, and external freelancers.Monitor team capacity and project priorities to balance workloads effectively.Assist with freelancer sourcing, onboarding, briefing, and project management.Maintain clear communication across stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
Requirements:Minimum Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Project Management, Graphic Design, Advertising, or a related field.5+ years of experience in Creative Project Management, Creative Operations, Traffic Management, or related project coordination roles.Experience working directly with in-house creative teams, agencies, or consumer brands.Proven experience managing packaging graphics projects from concept through production release.Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Hands-on experience with Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, Wrike, or similar project management platforms.Basic familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and creative production processes.Advanced English proficiency.Preferred Qualifications:Experience within consumer packaged goods (CPG), food and beverage, direct-to-consumer (DTC), or founder-led brands.Exposure to packaging production, print processes, and product launch workflows.Experience coordinating photoshoots, content production, and post-production workflows.Experience managing internal creative teams and external freelancers.Familiarity with AI-powered tools and their application within creative operations and workflow optimization.
