Residential & light commercial; Interior & exterior painting; Repaints & new construction; Minor–moderate drywall repairs (patching, blending, texture matching); Minor–moderate wood repairs (rot repair, trim replacement, etc.); Requirements: Must speak & understand English; Communicate directly with ownership; Painting experience required; Reliable transportation; Valid Social Security Number; Standard painting equipment (ladders, hand tools, etc.); Sprayer/pressure washer is a plus (not required); Bonus Skills (Not Required): Wood/deck/porch repairs; Our Standards: Clean, organized job sites; Attention to detail; Professional appearance; Showing up on time and ready to work; What We Offer: Full-time, steady work; Hourly pay (based on experience); Opportunity to grow with a fast-growing company.
