Key Responsibilities Perform plastering tasks including preparation and application of plaster on various surfaces. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Understand and adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols when working on-site. Measure and cut materials accurately as per project requirements. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Engage in regular communication with site supervisors regarding project progress and any challenges faced. Participate in team meetings to strategize for ongoing and upcoming projects. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in plastering or similar construction tasks. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Knowledge of safety equipment and procedures in construction environments. Experience with related machinery would be advantageous. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings is a plus.
