Job description
Palliative Nurse Practitioner
Residential Home Health is seeking a Palliative Nurse Practitioner to provide and coordinate patient care in facilities and communities in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, and surrounding areas. Collaborate with the care team to develop and manage patient care plans in a supportive clinical environment.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. No weekend, on-call, or holiday shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher.
- At least 2 years of clinical experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in hospice, palliative care, or home health.
- Valid Pennsylvania Nurse Practitioner (NP) and Registered Nurse (RN) licenses.
- Valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS) certification.
