Job Title: Remote Bilingual Paralegal (Family Law) – Entry Level / Experienced
Location: RemoteJob Type: Full-Time (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST)Schedule: Weekends OFF & US Holidays OFFPay: $900 USD / month base salary + Attendance Bonus (Salary is negotiable for candidates with relevant experience)Start Date: August 14th
About the RoleWe are a specialized digital marketing and staffing agency that partners directly with US-based family law firms. We are looking for two (2) detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized Bilingual Paralegals to work alongside attorneys and assist with daily case management and client operations.This is an entry-level position with fully paid 2-week training included. While prior experience in family law is a major plus, what matters most is your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to proactively solve problems using the resources provided to you.
Key ResponsibilitiesWork Alongside Attorneys: Provide direct support to attorneys in managing day-to-day legal and administrative operations.Legal Drafting: Draft legal documents and correspondence using established, ready-to-use company templates.Client Communication: Assist attorneys with client interactions, provide case updates, and maintain clear, professional communication via phone and email.Court & Schedule Management: Send timely reminders to clients regarding upcoming court dates, meetings, and deadlines.CRM & Data Management: Keep the CRM up to date with accurate client information, case statuses, and notes.Client Onboarding: Prepare and send legal service agreements to new clients.
RequirementsBilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Spanish (95%+ English proficiency in written and verbal communication).Resourcefulness & Initiative: Proactive problem-solver with a "search first" mindset—comfortable using provided resources (AI tools, internal knowledge bases, and training materials) to find answers independently.Attention to Detail: Meticulous, organized, and reliable.Work Setup: High-speed internet connection, a quiet remote workspace, and a dependable computer.Availability: Full-time availability during US business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST).Experience: Entry-level candidates are welcome! Experienced candidates are highly encouraged to apply, with pay open to negotiation based on background.
