We are currently seeking a full-time Park Desk Clerk to work in the front desk division at Pine Mountain State Resort Park.

Pine Mountain is located 15 miles from Cumberland Gap National Park and the oldest state park in Kentucky. We are comprised of a hotel lodge, cabins, cottages, restaurant, convention center, 18-hole golf course, pool, natural amphitheater, picnic shelters, nature center and hiking trails.

Primary duties of the Park Desk Clerk Supervisor Position include but are not limited to the following:
> Maintains public relations with guests and employees.
> Works with, on behalf of the employer team’s, and public experience.
> Greets guests in accordance with professional manner.
> Provides information and directions to guests or other services.
> Receives, confirms and processes reservations.
> Check guests in and/or inquiring, and tickets and records.
> Answers guest inquiries on the phone and in person.
