Part-time and Full-time Floating Warehouse Associate in Denver, CO

Job Summary:

Join our team as a Floating Warehouse Associate in Denver, CO, working primarily as a grocery delivery driver and personal shopper. This role offers flexible scheduling with shifts available throughout the day.

Shift Availability:

• Minimum of three shifts per week required
• Flexible scheduling with shifts chosen by teammates, from two weeks in advance up to the same day
• Shifts available in 4 or 8 hour durations

Sign-On Bonus:

Eligible non-exempt new hires receive a $500 attendance-based sign-on bonus within 30 days of hire. Terms apply.

Location:

5915 Broadway, Denver, CO, 80216 (This is an on-site position; remote work is not available.)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver grocery orders safely and efficiently to Pinemelon.com customers while providing exceptional customer service
• Retrieve stock to fill customer orders with attention to food safety and quality standards
• Transport orders to the shipping area to ensure timely deliveries
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Service-oriented with ability to resolve customer grievances
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software
• Knowledge of or ability to learn multiple departments
• Basic understanding or willingness to learn sanitation, workplace safety, and food handling techniques
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to maintain personal hygiene
• Adherence to safety rules and guidelines

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma preferred
• Food Handler and/or forklift certification preferred
• Previous hospitality or retail experience preferred
