Part-Time Chef Cook

Bonsall Farms is hiring a part-time chef or experienced cook for our reservation-only outdoor dining experiences. THE JOB - Execute an established 3- to 5-course prix fixe menu - Most ingredients/components are prepped ahead of service - Cook, finish and plate courses quickly and consistently - Manage course timing and coordinate with waitstaff - Maintain food quality and presentation - Keep the kitchen clean, organized and food-safe WHAT WE NEED - Strong cooking skills - Ability to work independently with minimal direction - Ability to think fluidly and adapt quickly - Organized, efficient and calm under pressure - Reliable and dependable - Professional culinary experience preferred SCHEDULE - Friday & Saturday only - Scheduled around dining reservations - Approximately 2 months remaining in our outdoor dining season THE SETTING - Small, reservation-only dining experiences - Seasonal, farm-to-table menus - Farm-raised and locally sourced ingredients - A unique alternative to a traditional restaurant kitchen Hourly competitive compensation based on experience. 📩 Interested?
