Candidate Requirements:

• Female candidate preferred.
• Non-smoker with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable driving a wheelchair-accessible minivan.
• Physically able to lift and transfer 90 pounds multiple times daily.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Covid vaccinated, able to pass background check, and provide strong references.
• BA or BS degree preferred but not required.
• Willingness to live in for up to 3 nights at a time; schedule flexible.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive pay at $20 per hour ($480 per 24-hour shift) with scheduled increases.
