Key Responsibilities

• Post job openings on multiple platforms to attract qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate applicants.
• Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout hiring.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and candidate profiles.
• Update and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate data.
• Assist with onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Participate in team meetings to review recruitment strategies and performance metrics.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; additional education is a plus.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in recruitment or human resources preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with standard office software and online job boards.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems is advantageous.
