Compensation Details

• Base pay: $15.00 per hour plus commission on 1 to 69 boxes sold
• Commission per box sold:
  • 1 to 29 boxes: $1.00 each
  • 30 to 39 boxes: $1.25 each
  • 40 to 49 boxes: $1.50 each
  • 50 to 69 boxes: $1.75 each
• Higher hourly rates based on boxes sold:
  • 70-79 boxes: $27.00 per hour
  • 80-89 boxes: $28.00 per hour
  • 90-99 boxes: $29.00 per hour
  • 100+ boxes: $30.00 per hour
• No commission on training days or shifts under 4 hours
• Commission starts at 30 boxes sold during Costco promotions
