Key Responsibilities Process customer transactions accurately, handling cash and electronic payments efficiently. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction. Maintain a balanced cash drawer and track cash flow precisely throughout shifts. Record and reconcile all transactions to ensure financial data integrity. Communicate effectively with team members and management to improve customer experience. Follow company policies and security procedures to ensure compliance. Engage in ongoing training to enhance skills and support team goals. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience in cash handling and retail or customer service preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail for accurate cash handling and record keeping.
