Key Responsibilities Process customer transactions accurately, receive and send transactions efficiently while maintaining proper cash handling procedures. Respond to customer inquiries promptly, providing helpful information and resolving issues as needed. Maintain a balanced cash drawer and accurately track cash flow throughout the shift. Record and reconcile transactions, ensuring all financial data is correct and up-to-date. Communicate effectively with team members and management to enhance the customer experience. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security standards are met. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and support team goals. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong cash handling skills and experience in a retail or customer service environment preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient attention to detail to ensure accuracy in cash handling and recording. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
