Parts Counter & Service Advisor Hybrid

Tasks

• Assist retail, wholesale, and internal dealership customers with parts inquiries.
• Identify and source the correct parts using Ford parts catalogues and dealership systems.
• Prepare parts quotations and process parts sales.
• Order, receive, organize, and distribute parts.
• Support technicians by ensuring required parts are available for scheduled repairs.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory counts.
• Process special orders, returns, and warranty parts as required.
• Maintain an organized and professional parts department.
• Greet customers and assist with service appointments, vehicle maintenance, and repair inquiries.
• Open and manage repair orders, ensuring customer concerns are accurately documented.
• Communicate with technicians regarding repairs, diagnostics, and required parts.
• Prepare estimates and explain recommended maintenance and repairs to customers.
